B’s Filet Mignon & Prosciutto Wrap Asparagus

Filet Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ stick of unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Cut the garlic in to pieces. Cut the butter into four slices.

Salt and pepper your steak to taste before cooking.

Using a black cast iron skillet, place it on the stove to get very hot.  Once it is hot, place the steak down to cook.  Cook 4 minutes on each side for medium-well steak. Once you have flipped the steak over to cook the other side. You place the garlic and butter on top of the steak to cook down.  Let rest on cutting board.
