When we arrived back in Dallas area with a day and a half before we are due to fly back to Japan after being on emergency leave in Kansas.  It was almost dinner time, B ask the lady that checked us into the hotel for a place to eat dinner.  She suggested Napoli’s Italian Fine Cuisine , about 10 minutes away from the hotel.  We get our things into the room, freshen up, and then head to Napoli’s for some dinner.

Finding the restaurant was fairly easy, it was located in a shopping center on Gus Thomasson Road.  We are walk in and greeted by a lovely lady with a heavy Italian accent.  We know we are in for a treat since it is a family owned business.  I ordered my favorites, fried calamari and lobster ravioli. B ordered, chicken piccata.  While toddler girl ordered a kid’s portion of spaghetti marinara. The fried calamari, was very yummy!

Toddler girl, was not very hungry, so did not eat all her at the restaurant, but later ate the rest of it at the hotel.

My lobster ravioli had a nice flavor, but it was lacking the lobster.

B’s chicken piccata, well he didn’t eat but a two bites of it.  It was flavorless, no lemon or caper flavor.

Would we eat here again, if in the area? Most likely not.
