The album is meaningful and has an uplifting message. Starting with the lead single Therapy, written by Mary J and co-written by Sam Smith and Eg White. “Why spend the rest of my days unhappy” is what she asks in the start of the song. Then she gives you a great therapy session! Why be unhappy, when you have Mary J Blige to brighten the days ahead. My Loving has this upbeat tempo, makes you get up and dance around the room. I’m listening to this song while at the computer and I have my feet tapping. This would make a great workout song too! Add it to your workout playlist. Mary J Blige pours her heart and soul into each song on The London Session. She gives you therapy Right Now asking you to take a Long Hard Look, and is it Worth My Time.
