I hope that you are enjoying the Adventures in Gatlinburg, TN posts. If you’ve missed the previous posts, here they are for you to catch up Ripley’s Aquarium here, Hollywood Wax Museum here, and Hannah’s Mirror Maze here. This one is on Wonderworks in Pigeon Forge. Charmingly CJ saw this on one on her favorite YouTubers channel and wanted to check it out because it looked fun.

What is Wonderworks? It features over 100 hands-on exhibits that encourage imagination and challenge the mind. There are 6 locations of Wonderworks, so you may be able to find one that’s not far from where you live.

We went around lunchtime (12 noon-ish), it was jam pack! We hadn’t purchased tickets ahead, because we didn’t have a schedule on which day we would go to this attraction. Well, there was a long line and the line wasn’t moving very fast. So once we made it to the service counter to purchase tickets it was time for the adventure to start. Because there were so many people, I didn’t get many photos inside.

Remember that crazy long line, well once through the doors of where the attraction started… well more lines. All those people we in lines to do the different things. It wasn’t very orderly. But we tried our best to do many of the different things available. It was a just people on top of people. Way too crowded to really enjoy ourselves. On the floor where the laser tag is located, it was super hot, that they had fans going to try to cool it down some, but it didn’t help.

The one place I was able to get a photo was at the bubble making stations. Charmingly CJ loves bubbles and she was excited to make huge bubbles.

Laser tag was one thing that Charmingly CJ wanted to do while inside, but the wait in the line was super long and after about 15 minutes she said she was ready to go, so we left Wonderworks. If it would have been easier to see and do activities it would have been more fun, but she left disappointed that she spend more time waiting in lines and not enjoy the activities.
