Being able to adapt to your surroundings when you come up against the non-standard fittings, jobs which create a lot of dust and debris, and even environments that are poorly ventilated can prove to be a real hassle. However, making a few small changes in the overall workflow and choosing the right tool for the job can make all the difference.
Here are a few hacks which can help you considerably:
- Cutting porcelain tiles – Ceramic tiles have been used in our homes and offices and we are all used to seeing them on everything from kitchen backsplashes and floors to bathrooms. They are also used as decorative often. When a job requires cutting holes on a tough porcelain surface, you should ideally use a P and N hole saws with a diamond-grit coated tip. This particular diamond coating will easily be able to cut through the porcelain, ceramics, glass, stone or brick without breaking or chipping. When accompanied by a proper water-cooling, you will surely receive a clean-cut & smooth surface finish.
- Hole enlargement – In case you require a hole enlargement on a particular surface then you should necessarily replace the pilot drill with a superior-quality hole enlargement arbor.
