Grand Cafe at was where at ate each morning for breakfast. Being that it was open 24 hours, I could go have breakfast at 5 A.M. I’m an early bird and the two hour time difference had me up super early in the morning.
The first breakfast (Friday) I had was a grilled cheese with tomato soup, and a cup of hot tea. This grilled cheese was gigantic. I had to cut it to small pieces to eat it. But it was yum! The tomato soup was ok, a bit too zesty for my palate. But overall it was a good breakfast to start the day. Service for that morning was slow. There were only a handful of people eating breakfast at an early hour of the morning.
On Saturday, I decide to eat the Belgian waffle and of course have a cup of tea. This made up for the tomato soup the morning before. It was fluffy, with a slightly sweet taste.
There are also an array of pastries. I didn’t try them, but they did look delicious. I thought about getting some to take on the plane but didn’t make it to the cafe the morning of my flight.
