With warm weather finally here, it’s the perfect time to create some smoothies to relax in the afternoon with a refreshing drink. If you have little one it’s another way to give them fruit, especially if they dislike eating it. This smoothie recipe is quick and easy.
Mango Mixed Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berry
- a scoop of protein powder (optional)
Put all the ingredients in the blender for a few seconds to blend well.
Pour into smoothie jar and enjoy!
How cute are these beverage jars? My only complaint about them, is I wish they came with more than one straw lid. These jars are eco-friendly because they are reusable, you can carry and store drinks and food in them. The tempered glass construction keeps your beverages cold, tea or coffee hot and ready to enjoy.
What’s your favorite smoothie flavor? Let me know in the comments below.
