Have a daily routine
Things can always come up at the last moment, but for the most part, most of us do the same tasks each day. So, get accustomed to daying no more whether it’s no to extra work, no to social occasions, or no to anything else.

Us humans are very easily distracted, especially these days when the whole world is available to us in a click, but you can fight back against distractions by installing apps that block your favorite time-sucking websites for a set amount of time. Do this whenever you need to get on with work or study or whatever and you will be on top of things in no time at all.
Organize your space
Whether it is your office space or your home, nothing should be in there that is not useful or beautiful to you, and everything should have its own place that it is put back in when not in use. When your space is organized, things take less time.
There are always going to be times when you simply cannot get everything done, but if you incorporate the productivity tips below into your life, it will be a whole lot easier to stay on top of things more often than not.
