My favorite essential oil this month is Eucalyptus. It has been helpful for stuffy noses and congestion during the month. Luckily, it was just that and not the flu.

I used the eucalyptus essential oil in my diffuser. Did I mention in my last essential oils post, that it’s my favorite way to use my oils? It is!! It’s my number one way of using my essential oils.

I use it in the most in the morning and at night before bed. I’ll add four to six drops to my diffuser. At night, I’ll turn it on about an hour before bed and close the door to my bedroom to let the eucalyptus really fragrance the room. It really helps the stuffy nose at night, making it easier to breathe and able to get a good night rest.

Other ways you can use eucalyptus:

  • While showering, place a few drop in the hands, place over nose, and inhale to invigorate and promote vitality.
