In wanting to make this a fun learning summer, I am trying my hand at making a lesson plan summer fun learning plan.
I want to check out the zoos in the area, but also teach toddler girl about the animals. Not just, oh look the elephant. I also want to teach her about the human body. She ask me this evening ” mommy, what are bones and why do I need them?”
I have been using Kumon workbooks, but now it seems it is time to venture away from the workbooks and make my own lesson plan, print out material to go along with the theme of the plan that toddler girl is working on.
I’m creating lesson plans, with fun in mind. After a fun adventure to the zoo, we will look at pictures we took and talk about the animals. While at the zoo, we will talk about the foods the animals eat, what regions they can be found in etc.
