Monday was family fun day! We decided to go to Tokyo Disney Sea and spend the day. We have been before, but this has been the best trip there thus far. The event taking place currently is Mickey & Duffy’s Spring Voyage and will go on until June 30, 2013. The park is decorated with beautiful flowers and the theme of taking a voyage is spread throughout.
While there we were able to see the water show, The Legend of Mythica at the Mediterranean Harbor. The show lasts about 25 minutes and you get to see Mickey, Minnie, Diffy, and other characters. There were fireworks, dancers who come on land and perform, and jet skis. We plan to go back to see the nighttime show Fantasmic.
The attractions to see at Disney Sea include Mediterranean Harbor, American Waterfront, Port Discovery, Lost River Delta, Arabian Coast, Mermaid Lagoon, and Mysterious Island. Each attraction also has restaurants, shops and fun things to do. For my toddler girl, her favorite is Mermaid Lagoon. There are three rides inside of the lagoon and two outside, including a couple of play areas for kids to run free and have a blast.
While there, do not forget to meet, get autographs, and/or have your picture taken with the Disney characters. Check out the website for the park hours, latest information, maps, and directions by train, car, or bus.

I wish I was there. I have visited Disneyland and Disney World. I’ve even been on a Disney Cruise. Paris and Tokyo are on the list. Your post will have to do. Thanks for sharing!
Are disney ammusement prks any cheaper in Tokyo than they are here??? It looks SO much fun! I love that picture of the Spring Voyage 😀
We have not been to any of the Disney parks in the States. Yet, that is. But I did have a friend who when to Disneyland and she said it cost about $6k for her family of five. That include gas for driving, admission to the parks, food, lodging, etc. To me, that is A LOT of money to go to Florida, when I could go to Hawaii for that price.
We lived about 45 minutes from Tokyo Disney parks, so we were able to make it a day trip. For a day trip we would spend about $200 – 400. That includes admission, food, drinks, and buying souvenirs. If we did a few days and stayed at one of the hotels near the park, the prices would be about $700+ staying maybe two nights. Again, that’s including admission, food, drinks, etc. I guess, I need to plan a trip to Disneyland so I can price compare the two.
It looks incredible! I write a Disney blog so I love seeing glimpses into the parks I haven’t been to. One day I hope to get over there!
Beautiful pics! I want to go please!!! 😀
