I’ve shared about my anxiety many times here on the blog in the past. When this opportunity arrived in my email to review Moving Beyond Anxiety: 12 Practical Strategies to Renew Your Mind by David Chadwick I was excited to learn new techniques I could use. For me, cognitive behavior therapy was a better fit versus taking medication.
”Human behavior begins with thoughts. Thoughts then produce feelings. And feelings cause behavior. To focus on feelings in an attempt to change behavior seldom has long-term success. If you do that you will not have addressed the real reason for the undesired behavior. It’s like cutting off a weed on the surface of the ground yet leaving the root untouched. The noxious weed will return.” This passage leaped off the page. With everything that has been going on in not only the country but the world has my anxiety ramped to a new level. But the 12 strategies being practical are easy to incorporate into daily life to help with moving beyond anxiety.
A chapter is dedicated to each strategy. buy wellbutrin online https://bethanyhealthcare.org/wp-content/languages/new/noprescription/wellbutrin-no-prescription.html no prescription
